About
The resume that makes recruiters confused — and clients trust me
Genetics. Journalism. Web development. Film composition. Longevity coaching. It only looks scattered from the outside. From the inside, every chapter was preparation for this one.

Chapter 1: The Scientist
I earned a genetics degree because I wanted to understand the source code of life. Molecular biology, gene expression, cellular signaling — the language of how the body decides to age, repair, or collapse. That training never left me. It is the lens through which I evaluate every supplement, every protocol, every health claim that crosses my desk. When someone says "this superfood reverses aging," I think: show me the mechanism. Show me the pathway. Show me the paper.
Chapter 2: The Communicator
After genetics, scientific journalism. Then web development in the early 2000s. Both taught me the same lesson: knowing something is worthless if you cannot transmit it clearly. I learned to translate complexity into clarity, to build systems that serve users, to think about information architecture. Skills that would prove far more useful than I imagined.
Chapter 3: The Composer
Music was supposed to be a detour. It became fifteen years. I composed original scores for documentaries and films across European and American television — Arte, TF1, France 2, HBO Max, BBC, ZDF, Hulu. Major productions, tight deadlines, orchestras in Budapest, mixing sessions in Paris.
The work earned recognition: Best Music at Luchon 2018 for Manon 20 ans, Best Music at Luchon 2023 for Le Horla, a Jerry Goldsmith Award nomination in 2016. But the most important thing music taught me was not about notes — it was about resonance. How frequencies interact. How tension resolves. How a single well-placed element can transform an entire system. That is not just music theory. That is life theory.
Chapter 4: The Pivot
At 50, the composer's lifestyle caught up with me. Fifteen years in a dark studio. Irregular sleep. Stress-eating through deadlines. My genetics training knew exactly what was happening at the cellular level — and it was not good.
So I did what scientists do: I researched. I tested. I measured. I built a personal longevity protocol from the ground up — NMN, omega-3, magnesium, chrono-nutrition, movement protocols, biomarker tracking. Within months, the changes were measurable. Within a year, they were visible.
Simultaneously, I went deep into consciousness work. Teal Swan's shadow work. Mindvalley's manifesting methodology. The Completion Process. I discovered that the body and the psyche are not separate systems — they are one instrument, and most people are playing it out of tune.
Chapter 5: The Synthesis
Master Resonance exists because I refuse to pick one lane. The longevity coach who ignores consciousness is selling supplements. The spiritual coach who ignores biology is selling wishful thinking. The creative coach who ignores both is selling productivity tips.
I am none of those. I am the person who read the research paper AND did the shadow work AND composed the film score AND tracked the biomarkers. The convergence is the value. The polymath is not confused — the polymath sees connections that specialists cannot.

Core Values
- → Freedom — of thought, of time, of lifestyle
- → Knowledge — deep, interdisciplinary, never performative
- → Creativity — as survival skill, not decoration
- → Impact — measured in lives changed, not followers gained

Mental Models I Live By
- → 80/20 (Pareto) — 20% of inputs drive 80% of results. Relentlessly identify the 20%.
- → First Principles — strip away assumptions. What is actually true? Build from there.
- → Body as Compass — the body does not lie. Contraction means no. Expansion means yes. Trust the signal.
